Senior Professional Nurse - Training at City of Cape Town

Requirements

• Diploma in General Nursing, Midwifery and Community Nursing
• Science and Nursing Education
• Certificate in Primary Health Care
• Current registration with SANC
• At least 5 to 6 years’ experience
• A Valid Drivers’ License

Key Performance Areas

• Plan, coordinate and implement training programmes for City Health Staff.
• Provide coaching, mentoring and supervision to staff.
• Participate in the development of self and others.
• Monitor, evaluate and analyse training programmes.
• Collaborating externally and internally with professional and non- professional staff on training matters.
• Apply administrative and reporting procedures with regard to training.
• To attend to diverse functions as requested by Manager
• Performs functions in an acting capacity
