Key Performance Areas
Ensures uniform application of valuation methodology and that valuations are executed in terms of legal requirements.
Coordinates the professional execution of valuations, which includes checking valuations performed by peers and subordinates for accuracy and consistency.
Supervises and controls technical staff in order that the Section operates efficiently and effectively.
Liaises with customers and resolves disputes.
Represents the City at Valuation Appeal Board hearings.
Supervises and coordinates the collection and analysis of valuation data ensuring data integrity.
