Using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions,
Training, mentoring, and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices,
Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items,
Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes,
Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements,
Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing,
Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team,
Tracking project processes, deliverables, and financials,
Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders.
Managing and Coordinating in running quarterly Enterprise-Wide PI Planning sessions for around 194 squads/teams (± 1000) people, including the following:
Day to day duties:
Facilitation.,
Setting up Enterprise Confluence page,
Setting up Programme Confluence pages,
Setting up MS Team Channels and break out rooms,
Setting up the PI Planning ceremonies in Calendars,
Compiling Communication relating to the PI Planning Ceremonies,
Creating the PI Planning yearly calendars,
Assisting teams/squads in setting up pages and training in PI Planning, and;
Assisting and coordinating all other perspectives of PI Planning Ceremonies.
Accountable for delivering all Executive Reporting and Reviews of reports with the Divisional Executive Head, these include Steering Committee packs for the On-Boarding and Servicing Steering Committee:
App Decommissioning Reporting Coordination,
Executive IT Committee (EITCo) Reports,
Group Technology Exco reports, and;
Group IT Committee (GITCo) reports and Group OPCOM reports.
Adhoc duties:
Adhoc reports required for the Portfolio Quality assurance,
Assisting in assurance to ensure that project plans reflect all dependencies on all Programme’s and Projects with Programme/Portfolio, and;
Flagging of risks, issues and change requests. Managing the Configuration management on SharePoint.
