Senior Project Lead (Manager) at Hire Resolve

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical and electrical resources.
• Plan and coordinate projects by defining milestones, schedules, and resource requirements.
• Oversee engineering changes, specifications, and design updates.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, deadlines, and budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering on commitments and expectations.
• Coordinate commissioning activities to ensure projects meet performance standards.
• Provide senior management with detailed project reports on finances, variances, and progress.
• Drive continuous improvement while upholding organizational values.

Key Requirements

• At least 10 years of project management experience in industrial refrigeration or similar fields.
• Engineering qualification (Diploma, B-Tech, or Degree).
• Expertise in interpreting Mechanical P&IDs and electrical wiring diagrams.
• Proven track record in cost estimation, quotations, and financial tracking for projects.
• Knowledge of QHSE standards, risk assessments, and method statements.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Preferred Experience

• Knowledge of pressure equipment regulation and AIA inspection procedures.
• Familiarity with thermodynamics and refrigeration systems.
• Understanding of SANS 10147 and its latest updates.
