To continue on this trajectory, we’re searching for an experienced talent acquisition manager to build and accelerate our Growth Team (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Creative).
Job Purpose:
Building the HeliosX team and delivering amazing results for both hiring and wider support to help improve and enhance TA processes & capability. Your technical expertise, agility, professionalism, dedication, ‘can do’ attitude and willingness to pull out the stops to deliver will be what makes you successful in this role.
Typical activities all hang off your main goals of delivering a “celebrity service” hiring manager experience and an equally awesome candidate experience – enhancing the brand of both you and HeliosX – and getting the best talent in front of your hiring managers.
What You'll Do:
Leverage established networks to drive diverse, ambitious talent to join our team
Support all recruiting efforts as needed; including, but not limited to, sourcing and screening candidates, recruiting software management (currently Workable), and coordinating with third party recruiting services
Manage efficient, fast-paced, full-cycle recruiting operations which support HeliosX’s rapid hiring growth – from sourcing to close
Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices
Building strong relationships with a range of stakeholders across the Digital team, as well as the wider organisation - Hiring Managers, Leadership, HR & TA as applicable – positioning yourself as a trusted partner who gets outcomes delivered but also understands and protects the brand, culture and values of HeliosX.
About You
5+ years experience in full lifecycle recruiting preferably in a scaling startup including, but not limited to: sourcing, referrals, qualifying, networking, and relationship management.
Experienced at hiring growth roles for product, engineering, creatives, marketing departments
Ability to develop business cases and service requirements, influence and foster trust with stakeholders at all levels
Solid network of relevant candidates and recruiters as well as efficient methods of tracking them
ATS & sourcing tools expert level usage experience (Ideally Workable or similar ATS used in fast scaling organisations)
An individual who approaches their work with passion and purpose.
You possess a strong ability to screen, interview and prepare a candidate shortlist within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
Demonstrated experience creating and executing a creative, metrics-driven, consultative service-oriented recruiting strategy for a global organisation.
You have demonstrated experience in developing and using innovative and targeted sourcing strategies
You have demonstrable experience implementing branding and marketing initiatives to drive recruiting strategies
Superior interpersonal skills, communication skills and ability to self-direct
Ambitious, results-driven with a can-do-more approach. Comfortable taking on a high level of responsibility, and driving continuous improvement.
