Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Sales Management to identify and understand the characteristics and competencies of high-performing sales professionals.
• Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to attract top sales talent.
• Conduct thorough analyses of recruitment processes and outcomes to continuously improve our talent acquisition efforts.
• Utilise advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage potential candidates.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for sales roles, ensuring a strong cultural and performance fit.
• Provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and development.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Master’s degree in Industrial Psychology.
• At least 4 years of post-registration experience.
• Registered Industrial Psychologist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA).
• Proven passion for talent acquisition and development.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
• A proactive, results-driven mindset with a keen eye for detail.
