Senior Risk Officer at RCL Foods

The Role

RCL FOODS is searching for an experienced Senior Risk Control Officer to join our Groceries team within our Pies Division. This role is based in Krugersdorp and will report into the Operations Manager. The purpose of the role is To direct and coordinate all Risk Management aspects and activities and the development, implementation and management of Risk Control Programmes in accordance with company standards and internationally recognized principles in order to fulfil company strategies as well as compliance with SH&E legislative requirements

The role holder is required to make decisions and offer guidance at the highest regional operational levels directly impacting on the strategic management of the operation. The role holder is responsible to ensure that management and organizational accountability ito legislative requirements are addressed. - a high level of discretion needs to be applied.

Minimum Requirements:

• National Diploma: Safety Management or Equivalent
• SAMTRAC
• ISO 14001
• ISO 18001/45000
• Minimum of 3 years experience within a Risk Control environment
• FMCG or Manufacturing experience will be advantageous
• Knowledge of OHS Act
