Key Responsibilities
Actively prospect and sign new salons
Conduct in-salon consultations, demonstrations and education sessions
Drive retail sell-through (not just stock placement)
Execute structured territory growth plans and call cycles
Maintain accurate CRM reporting (Zoho)
Uphold brand standards, merchandising and stock management
Requirements
Proven sales track record (essential)
Strong closing ability and objection handling skills
Relationship builder with a strong commercial mindset
Self-managed, disciplined and target-driven
Confident communicator across in-person, WhatsApp and presentations
Advantageous
Experience within the hair/beauty industry
Exposure to professional salon environments
Experience in education-led or consultative selling
