Senior SAP SD Support Consultant - Midrand at Sabenza IT

Position Overview:

As a Senior SAP SD Support Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the stability and efficiency of our SAP systems. Your expertise in Incident and Change Management activities, Pricing, Rebates, and EDI will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement and providing exceptional support to our business operations. Additionally, your experience with workflow, particularly in discount approvals, will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

Incident and Change Management:

• Proactively identify and resolve SAP SD-related issues through effective incident management.
• Lead and support change management activities, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business processes.

Pricing and Rebates:

• Utilize your in-depth knowledge of SAP SD to optimize pricing strategies and manage rebate processes effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and enhance pricing structures aligned with business goals.

EDI Expertise:

• Leverage your expertise in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) to streamline communication processes and enhance data accuracy within the SAP SD module.

Workflow and Discount Approvals:

• Design, implement, and optimize workflow processes, specifically focusing on discount approvals and related activities.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and contribute to the development of efficient workflow solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Relevant Field; advanced degree or SAP certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as an SAP SD Support Consultant, with a focus on Incident and Change Management, Pricing, Rebates, and EDI.
• Strong background in workflow design and implementation, particularly in discount approval processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
