Senior Scrum Master at Paracon

They are actively looking for a Senior Scrum Master to join their team in Cape Town. They are looking for a servant leader who can facilitate meetings, foster Agile behaviour, remove impediments and maintain the team’s focus.

To apply, you need to have a Scrum Master certification (Advanced CSM / CSP, PSM III) or equivalent coupled with 4+ years’ experience in a Scrum Master role for a delivery team that diligently applies Scrum principles, practices and theory.

You need to have previous experience as a team lead/manager/coach and experience in coaching scrum teams at an organisational level. You need to understand technology and have experience with development projects but you don’t need to come from a development background.

You also need knowledge and/ or experience with:

• Other Agile approaches (XP, Kanban, Crystal, etc.);
• Scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus etc.);
• Widely successful Agile techniques (User Stories, ATDD, TDD, FDD, DevOps, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games); and,
• Various communication and collaboration tools.
