Job Summary

Leads and is accountable for the business analysis chapter. As the leader of this chapter will serve as the subject matter expert and develop the strategic roadmap for the development of this capability. Is responsible to define standards, ways or work and create appropriate systems to ensure adherence to these standards. Is a taught leader and provides business analysis insights into opportunities. Must be able identify core business problems and translate these strategic opportunities into work items for execution

Job Description

• Accountable for planning, management and resource allocation of Business Analysts within the Digital environment
• Accountable for the operational excellence and puts systems, processes, tools and continuous improvement measures in place to ensure maximisation of key value drivers across 
• Accountable to break down the strategic outcomes into defined work packages that can be interlocked across various structures
• Accountable for the creation of enabling documentation templates (Business Requirement Definition, Functional Specification, User Acceptance Test Case)
• Drives new ways of work by implementing best practices and methods for the functional chapter.  Stays abreast with trends and developments within the Business Analysis world and serves as a professional functional specialist.  Implements the required improvements to improve the maturity of the capability
• Accountable to encourage experimentation within the team and demonstrate innovative outcomes
• Seeks to develop others within the function. Ensures adherence too but also contributes towards creating effective standards for the ideation, creation, launch and continuous improvement of digital assets.  Takes end to end accountability to deliver key strategic business metrics through the interlock and collaboration of many functional areas.

Education

Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Physical, Mathematical, Computer and Life Sciences (Required)
