Job Description

• To build subject matter knowledge within Segment/Product Business Solutions and Recoveries (BS&R) to lead and deliver on deliver on robust end-to-end Business Solutions and Recoveries (BS&R) services  in South Africa and Africa Regions for distressed credit (watchlist and NPL items) management. To provide specialist advice in the restructuring of distressed exposures, and the recovery of defaulted exposures in terms of the BS&R mandate and in the context of a dedicated portfolio matters.

• The role requires a seasoned leader with proven financial capability and knowledge of the full dimensions of Credit, Business and Commercial Banking and Corporate and Investment Banking, gained from a track record of 10 years or more in functional leadership who is capable of influencing outstanding leaders and a large body of employees. Experience in Credit / Risk Management is a key requirement. Deal structuring within an investment banking environment. Specific segment experience required.
