Senior Specialist: Commercial Agribusiness at Standard Bank Group

Job Description

• To be the Commercial AgriBusiness Deal Lead for large and complex lending transactions as well as providing specialist industry commentary and financial analysis to enable internal credit decision making where the credit exposure limits exceed R 100m. 

Qualification

• Business Commerce Honours Degree Or Finance and Accounting Honours Degree
• BSc Agric (Hons) (Economics) or M.Comm (Agric) would be advantageous
• A valid driver’s licence

Experience 

• 5-7 Years Previous management experience at a senior management level, in a customer facing role within a financial institution with demonstratable experience in dealing with large commercial agri operators
• In depth and demonstrable experience in preparing and motivating large credit applications
• In depth and demonstratable skills in financial modelling and financial analysis of large agri operations
