DUTIES :
Authorize all financial transactions for the whole Province on financial transversal system (e.g. BAS, LOGIS, PERSAL and safety-net). (Daily),
Verify information to ensure proper financial documents management (Daily).
Monitor budget processes for the Province, Proper control of Petty cash. (Daily), Clear suspense accounts and unallocated accounts before month closure. (Monthly)
