Job Description
Duties/responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts
Develop and drive a talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans. This may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non‐digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc
To research, locate and qualify individuals for prospective employment opportunities within the respective agencies
Responsible for delivering talent processes with special focus on recruitment and partnering with the Talent Leads, Talent Partners and Business Leaders to understand current talent challenges.
Use data-based evidence to address hiring manager expectations about the market and recruiting process – candidate tracking.
Proactive preparation of potential candidates and initiate discussions with current line managers.
Collaborate with LinkedIn recruiter & Smart recruiter to ensure quality of posting, evaluation and short listing of candidates.
Responsible for the candidate communication, conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
Effectively partner with the Talent unit, to ensure all coordination with candidates/hiring managers run smoothly and efficiently (job posting, candidate scheduling)
Conclude the selection process with the manager and the candidate, incl. offers negotiations.
Educate the business on the Talent Acquisition function and process at all times to manage expectations
Knowledge of business environment (All agencies across PGA), organizational structures and good understanding of the business strategy and its implications for talent processes.
Keep up to date regarding business and industry trends and implications.

Tertiary qualification: Relevant HR or HR related Degree.

Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
Microsoft excel
