    • Support operationalization of an integrated Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) framework with shared indicators, standardized data collection, and consolidated reporting tools.
    • Support the strengthening of the cross-programme data systems and analytical capacity to support integrated performance review, evidence-based decision-making, and public accountability.
    • Provide technical support to explore and responsibly integrate digital health and AI solutions for enhanced prevention, detection, and program management.

    Programme delivery and service integration

    • Systematically map care pathways for integration opportunities and gap analysis, focusing on: (a) integrated TB/HIV screening, testing, and linkage to care, prioritizing Vertical Transmission Prevention (VTP) and triple elimination in Antenatal Care (ANC); and (b) expand and integrate HPV vaccination and cervical cancer screening programs.
    • Develop and revise care pathways, clinical protocols, and referral systems to enhance client experience and reduce fragmentation.
    • Design and promote integrated, community-based delivery models that address multiple health needs and strengthen CHW platforms.
