    Service Advisor

    Job Description

    • As an Administrator Service Advisor, you will primarily focus on delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support within our organization. Your role will involve assisting clients with inquiries, managing service requests, and ensuring a smooth operation of service processes, all while positioning yourself as a knowledgeable point of contact for our customers.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information regarding services and products.
    • Manage service requests and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution.
    • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service requests in our internal systems.
    • Assist in scheduling and organizing service appointments, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
    • Provide support in the development and implementation of service procedures and policies.
    • Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in service delivery and customer satisfaction.
    • Generate and analyze service reports to identify trends and enhance service offerings.
    • Participate in training and development sessions to stay current with product knowledge and service standards.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
    • Competent in using computer systems and software, including CRM and handling service management tools.
    • Excellent organizational skills, with a detail-oriented approach to managing multiple tasks.
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, exhibiting a proactive attitude to problem-solving.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in the automotive, telecommunications, or similar industry is advantageous.
    • Relevant certifications in customer service or administration will be a plus.
    • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools to evaluate service performance.
    • Knowledge of the Employment Equity Act and its implications in the workplace.
