About the Role

• We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our dynamic team, focusing on providing exceptional customer service and support in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact between customers and our service team, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the service process.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their service needs, providing tailored guidance and recommendations.
• Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers regarding their vehicle service status.
• Communicate effectively with technicians to relay customer concerns and service requirements.
• Prepare service estimates and explain services required to customers with clarity and professionalism.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction is met at all times.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's system.
• Promote additional services and products that align with customer needs and enhance their service experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and vehicle technology to provide informed service advice.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using computer systems and software for record-keeping and communication.
• A valid driver's license is essential for this position.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications in automotive technology or customer service.
• Experience with vehicle diagnostics or technical knowledge of automotive repair.
• Familiarity with service management software applications.
• Previous experience in a Service Advisor capacity or a similar role within the automotive sector.
