A minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent with a driver’s license and PDP (or at least the physical and legal clearance to obtain a PDP), a working knowledge of Microsoft Office,
1 years’ experience as a Waitron / Porter in a 4* or 5* establishment and with a basic understanding of food preparation.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Waitron duties;
Room service duties;
Porter duties;
Front office duties;
Reporting guest feedback to the Night Manager;
Assist guests with relevant information if and when needed.
