Manage the service back-office team and ensure that all service requests are handled efficiently and effectively
Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve the efficiency of the service business
Monitor service requests and ensure that they are resolved in a timely manner
Work closely with the service spare part manager,service coordinators as well as site leads to ensure that they have the necessary information and resources to complete service requests
Overall responsibility of SPM related topics (stock control,audits,analysing consumptions,warehouse procedures,material returns,logistic and transportation,forecasting to plan future orders)
Provide regular reports to management on the performance of the service back-office team (service operational KPI’s, SPM KPI’s)
Ensure that all service requests are logged and tracked in the company's service management system
Maintain relationships and negotiate with suppliers.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, service technicians, and other departments within the company
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in a service back office management role
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with service management systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
