    Service Desk Operator

    You will need:

    • To be fluent in Portuguese (speak, read, and write)
    • 1 - 2 years of experience as a Service Desk Operator or experience in an IT environment
    • Experience using Internet, Email and Google Suite -You will be working with Remedy, Dameware and Monitoring tools
    • Matric, A+, N+, MCSE
