    Services Solution Advisor Senior Specialist

    • You will join SAP as a Services Solution Advisor Specialist based in Johannesburg, working as part of the Services organization. In this senior, customer-facing role, you will act as a trusted advisor for SAP Cloudified Services, including Success Plans, Cloud Application Services, and Premium Engagement offerings.
    • SAP Success Plans provide proactive and continuous success services designed to help customers adopt, consume, and optimize SAP Cloud solutions by leveraging SAP expertise, best practices, and tailored advisory services. SAP Cloud Application Services deliver end-to-end operational and technical support to help customers run, optimize, and continuously improve their cloud environments, ensuring stability, performance, and alignment with SAP innovation. SAP Premium Engagement offers a dedicated, high-touch engagement model for customers with complex, mission-critical landscapes, providing structured governance and personalized guidance to protect operations and maximize business outcomes.
    • You will be responsible for defining and positioning cloudified subscription services across the SAP portfolio for both Private and Public Cloud, safeguarding effective adoption, consumption, and value realization of SAP cloud solutions. Your primary objective is to achieve and exceed bookings targets for Cloudified Services within your allocated territory by progressing opportunities through all stages of the sales cycle in close collaboration with Sales and Services account teams. This is a permanent role with strong commercial accountability and the opportunity to influence complex customer decisions across South Africa and beyond.

    What you bring

    • Strong exposure to SAP Services and complex sales cycles, with the ability to articulate value across technical, business, and executive audiences.
    • A background in services, consulting, or advisory roles, enabling you to translate customer goals into differentiated service-based solutions.
    • Demonstrated ownership of pipeline development, opportunity qualification, and deal progression in complex sales environments.
    • Deep understanding of value-based selling, including discovery, business case articulation, and outcome-focused positioning.
    • Confidence engaging with senior customer stakeholders through executive meetings, workshops, and tailored presentations.
    • The ability to collaborate effectively within virtual account teams, aligning with Account Executives and Services stakeholders.

    What you’ll bring

    • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, engaging at executive level and “talking business” to clearly articulate the value of SAP Cloudified Services across technical, operational, and strategic dimensions.
    • Develop and execute territory and account plans by leveraging all available assets, including lines of service, marketing, delivery, and internal experts, to build pipeline and progress opportunities.
    • Drive end-to-end service solution opportunities, from early qualification through to booking and revenue conversion, ensuring predictable outcomes quarter over quarter.
    • Build and maintain a healthy, measurable pipeline by generating demand, supporting R4Q and RFx processes, and aligning with account plans.
    • Lead discovery sessions and deliver compelling, value-based presentations tailored to each customer’s context.
    • Accurately represent the real status of opportunity progression throughout the reporting cycle, including forecast updates.
