• Demonstrate an ability to manage work and self proactively

Minimum Qualification Requirements:

• Honours/Masters/Doctorate (NQF level 8, 9 or 10) in Interior Design Interior Architecture, or Architecture, coupled with an MBA or over three years of entrepreneurial experience (owning and operating a design business/studio).

Or

• Postgraduate Diploma or Honours Degree at NQF level 8, Master’s degree at NQF level 9 in Design Management or Leadership, Business Management, Entrepreneurship, or Marketing.

Minimum Work Experience Requirements:

• Lecturing Experience: Proficiency in teaching general, contemporary, and/or strategic management, entrepreneurship and small business management.
• Work Experience: Proven track record as a general or strategic manager, entrepreneur, or marketing manager.
