ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Directly supervise the production staff
Over inspect that pre-use inspections and maintenance are done on mobile units.
Monitoring and controlling the production process by allocating and managing resources to attain production targets.
Check daily, weekly & monthly that the production process is caried out in accordance with the contract, legal requirements, work instructions & specifications.
Maintain a safe work environment by correcting unsafe acts / condition, facilitating safety meetings, looking out for hazards and investigating accidents.
