Shipping Coordinator at Measured Ability Group of Companies

We are looking for a mature Shipping Coordinator with good attention to detail to manage all shipments, supplier payments and documentation.

Duties will include:

• Coordinating shipments between suppliers, forwarders and the procurement department.
• Create and provide clearing instructions to clearing agents.
• Create costing schedules on MS excel.
• Calculate supplier payments, and process them.
• Reconcile supplier accounts, in various currencies.
• Keep shipment schedules and statutes updated.
• Collect, manage and maintain all shipment documents and files.
• Attain and provide evidence of the imports.

Requirements:

• 4 – 6 years of experience.
• 5+ years of imports experience.
• Strong excel knowledge and experience.
• Accounting/creditors experience such as invoicing, calculating due amounts, creating costing schedules, reconciling accounts, and processing payments.
