Job Description

• The Shop Assistant is responsible for supporting the smooth flow of goods within the depot, assisting customers and colleagues, and maintaining stock presentation and store hygiene standards.

Requirements

• Grade 12 or NQF4  
• Experience in a depot or retail environment will be an advantage
• Required to work weekends and public holidays as per roster
• Knowledge of Johnson’s clothing would serve as advantage
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
• Clear Criminal Record
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist customers with loading and product information
• Receive, move, and pack stock accurately and safely
• Ensure stock is correctly displayed and replenished
• Maintain cleanliness and order on the depot floor
• Support general operational and housekeeping duties Uphold company values and maintain a safe working environment
