Job Description

• Hire Resolve is currently partnering with a leading construction company in the Eastern Cape to find a highly skilled and experienced Site Agent Structures for an exciting new project.

Responsibilities 

• Oversee all aspects of the project from start to finish
• Manage site operations, including resource allocation and scheduling
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Monitor project progress and implement changes as needed
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• Prepare and submit project reports to management
• Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during construction
• Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• SACPCMP registration
• Proven experience as a Site Agent on structural projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with project teams
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Valid driver's license and own transport
• Willingness to travel and work on site
