Site APSYS Specialist at Alstom

• You'll play a key role in shaping the future of our site by leading the deployment of the Alstom Performance System (APSYS), ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams such as Quality, site management, and APSYS network members, empowering teams with lean methodologies and tools, and much more. 

APSYS Deployment:

• Work with Site MD on strategic transformation using site SQCD objectives and APSYS roadmap.
• Train people on APSYS program, methodologies and tools in his site / project.
• Support each department in APSYS deployment by providing on field expertise on lean & continuous improvement tools
• Facilitate and coordinate all improvement actions to reach APSYS targets defined with each métier based on APSYS roadmaps
• Consolidate and report deployment status to Managing Director and APSYS Central team

APSYS assessment: 

• Is responsible of self-assessment consolidation and APSYS assessment week / support mission’s preparation (logistics / accommodation, agenda, people availability …)
• Perform APSYS assessments in other sites / projects.

APSYS Network

• Participate to APSYS events (webinars, APSYS award...)
• Contribute as trainer to global training program deployment (eg: TrAMway, AQP/AQL, etc) in other sites / projects
• Share good practices & benchmarks (internal / external) within APSYS network) 

Performance measurements:

• Successful Lean impact on the métier
• Progress from Y-1 to Y on APSYS maturity
• Site KPI improvement 

Qualifications:

• Degree (technical/engineering)
• Expert in his Metier

Desirable:

• high energy, high exposure, international travel.
• Master lean principles (5S, Standard, Gemba, VSM, problem solving, performance and kaizen mindset)

Mandatory:

• Capacity to coach top management of site and project team.
