Site Service Supervisor at Enaex Africa

ABOUT THE ROLE / PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Purpose of the job to lead and manage a production site to ensure the safe supply of product through the optimisation of resources.

FUNCTIONAL OUTPUTS

Operational and Technical results:

• Responsible for the daily safety of personnel
• Production planning and ordering of raw materials
• Management and maintenance of equipment
• Handling of HR issues
• Investigate incidents
• Be responsible for daily problem solving
• Training of personnel
• General good housekeeping
• Management of Contractor’s/Safety pack.
• Optimisation of customer results through achievement of targeted face advance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:

• Grade 12 (Must)
• Basic computer skills (Must)
• Code 08 driver’s license (Must)
• Code 10 driver’s license (Advantage)
• Underground Blasting certificate (Advantage)
• Qualified Trade (Advantage)

Experience:

• 5 years Supervisory experience
• 5 years underground mining/explosives industry experience
• 5 Years computer skills
• Experience in managing of people
