You will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates for on-site works, including construction, installation and maintenance projects, ensuring competitive pricing while upholding quality standards.
You will be working closely with project teams to assess project requirements, develop workable site layouts and determine the costs associated.
You will create comprehensive quotes based on project specifications as well as engage with clients to gather project details, understand their technical requirements and offer tailored solutions that align with their expectations.
You will utilise your expertise in site-based engineering and estimation to contribute to effective project planning and execution.
You will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPI’s ensuring that projects are profitable and meet client needs.
What you’ll need:
You have proven experience as an Estimator, preferably in site-based works in the construction, engineering or related industry.
You have a track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs in a project estimation role.
You will have strong technical knowledge in site planning, construction, and estimation processes as well as proficient in Microsoft Outlook and experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and quoting tools.
You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A technical or engineering degree is preferred, but relevant experience and expertise will also be considered.
