Job Summary
We are looking for a candidate with strong data analytics skills to join our team and enable Absa to deliver on the Skills Development element of the B-BBEE scorecard by providing operational support, Management Information and reporting.
Job Description
Maintain an Absa Group Skills Development scorecard aligned to B-BBEE (FSC) requirements
Monthly and adhoc production of Absa’s Skills Development scorecard
Constantly align Absa’s Skills Development scorecard with all new legislative changes in collaboration with the Transformation Office and SDF
Drive the accuracy of data received from HR MI and other sources of data
Business socialisation of the SD scorecard
As SME, drive the automation of the Skills Development scorecard.
To manage and co-ordinate Internal and External Audits
Ensure that documentation and reporting required for Skills Development auditing is compliant
Provide the Skills Development submission to the SD Manager for the interim and final audits within the given deadlines
Store and maintain all audit documentation on Box (Records Management)
Reporting
Compile monthly Skills Development reports
Distribute monthly SD scorecard performance results to business stakeholders (Learning Leads, Transformation Office)
Accurately collate MI received into standardized reports
Ensure that reporting is done within end-user computing policy guidelines
SEC input reporting
Board Report input reporting
Facilitate the resolution of data and/or system integrity issues
Provide feedback on queries regarding reports distributed
Resolve issues raised and create new reports, if and when required
Assist Business and Cluster with scenario planning (once tool is available)
Facilitate the resolution of data and/or system integrity issues
Archive and retain all documents and reports for audit purposes and ensure accessibility thereof
Compile data for IT180 submissions annually
Reconciliation of mandatory grant payments received from Bank SETA
Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure all training is recorded for reporting
Education and experience required
· Minimum B Degree (NQF6)
· Certificate or qualification in information management (or equivalent experience)
· Certificate in Project Management
· 5 years’ experience in Skills Development reporting/analytics
Knowledge and skills
· Advanced MS Office (especially MS Excel)
