    Primary School English/SS Teacher - Grd 7-SPARK Kempton Park -2024

    Responsibilities:

    • Plan for and be prepared to deliver lessons in English, Social Science and Personal and Social Well-being to students, depending on the grade level and timetable.
    • Provide instruction in a variety of subjects and reach students with engaging lesson plans and resources.
    • Collaborate with grade level and content area partners to develop rigorous, engaging learning experiences and to create individualised behaviour and learning plans for all students in class face to face and online.
    • Lead weekly SEL (Social Emotional Learning) circles and implement SPARK Schools Social Emotional Learning curriculum.
    • Use SPARK culture and implement behaviour management strategies.
    • Administer and mark weekly and termly formative and summative assessments to track student progress and analyse the data for student growth.
    • SPARK Educators should have a core focus on student achievement and should drive all scholars to meet the required proficiency ratings.
    • Submit student results data when required.
    • Attend pre-service professional development before the school year begins and attend weekly professional development and any other training interventions.

    Qualifications and Criteria:

    The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

    • B.Ed. degree or PGCE. Senior and FET Phase English focus and competency. Recently qualified teachers are encouraged to apply!
    • Certification through the South African Council of Educators (SACE).
    • SAQA accreditation for non-South African equivalent qualifications
    • English language fluency.
    • A clear criminal record

    Experience:

    • Recently qualified teachers or teachers with experience are encouraged to apply!

    High School Facilities Maintenance Staff - SPARK Randburg High School - 2024

    Requirements

    Responsibilities:

    • Maintain the upkeep of the school building, gardens, and grounds.
    • Report facilities maintenance issues to school leadership and assist with repairs where applicable.
    • Ensure that the school premises are safe for students, staff and parents.
    • Assist with welcoming students during daily arrivals and dismissals, as required by school leadership.

    Customer Services Agent - SPARK Blue Downs - Western Cape - 2024

    Requirements

    Responsibilities:

    • Actively engage all leads (Expressions of Interest) received within the required service levels to ensure the team achieves specified conversion ratios.
    • Contact potential clients and sell SPARK products with focus on filling our Schools Network to 100% capacity.
    • Answer inbound calls from customers, existing parents, academic staff and school operations staff with regards to all their queries and administrative requirements.
    • Deal with and resolve all unsolicited queries and complaints pertaining to SPARK Schools and engage with different stakeholders to resolve these within the agreed Service level Agreements.

    • At least 2 years demonstrable experience meeting and exceeding sales targets
    • At least 2 years in a customer-centric contact center and/or customer-facing environment
    • At least 2 years in a tele sales and/or sales operational environment
