Desired experience and Requirements

• Previous skincare or beauty industry experience
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Experience as a beauty salon manager will be advantageous
• Target-driven and motivated to achieve sales goals
• Fluent in Afrikaans
• Reliable own vehicle and valid driver’s licence

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Service and maintain relationships with existing clients and stores
• Identify and secure new business opportunities
• Promote and sell skincare products to existing and prospective clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with salons, beauty stores, and customers
• Achieve monthly sales targets and increase brand awareness
• Stay informed on skincare trends and new product launches
• Train store staff and beauty advisors on product knowledge and usage
• Monitor stock levels and assist with stock orders where required
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally
• Prepare and maintain sales reports and customer feedback records

Salary & Benefits

• Basic salary negotiable based on experience
• Commission structure: approximately R2 000 – R10 000 per month
• Fuel allowance provided
• Sleep-out allowance provided
