    SM Elim - 2 positions

    JOB PURPOSE

    • The purpose of the job is to optimize sales and exceed customer expectations through the implementation of the operations strategy and effective management of staff.

    EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

    Essential:

    • A minimum of 2 years’ experience at a supervisory level in an Apparel retail environment.
    • Excellent merchandise management, stock and cost control skills
    • Proven track record of Visual Merchandise experience
    • Proven ability to manage and lead a team
    • Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal)
    • Grade 12 or equivalent

    Preferred:

    • Competence in a second official language would be a definite advantage
    • Further qualifications related to retail/business will be an advantage
