JOB DESCRIPTION

To gather client insights, conduct analysis, redesign, development, deployment, monitoring, and measurement of outcomes for all iterations of the Client Journey. Translate client needs (via data) into a workable strategy and complete client journey driven through various stakeholders with multiple dependencies in order to deliver appropriate solutions. Develop business cases relating to the client's desirability, feasibility and bank viability. Review performance of deployed solution and prepare recommendations for enhancements.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications

• Type of Qualification: Post Graduate Degree
• Field of Study: Bachelor of Commerce 

Experience Required

• Personal and Business Banking 
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Payments industry experience/ understanding of the various payment systems, i.e. card, cheque, EFT, cash).  Understanding of the payments regulatory environment and can speak to and take responsibility for SBSAs part in industry initiatives & projects (regulatory and Standard Bank initiatives).  Experience in Agile methodology and project management.
