Snr Manager: Business Corporate & Accounts: EMPD24003 at City of Ekurhuleni

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Relevant B-Degree in Finance or Administration
• Computer literacy
• Communication and Negotiation Skills
• Driver's Licence Code B
• 3- 5 Years' Experience
• Post Graduation Degree/NQF 8 or Equivalent Qualification in Administration will serve as an Advantage.

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage the financial and human resources functions of the Licensing and Testing stations.
• Adhere to prescribed procedures of financial and human resources systems and procedures.
• Plan and control regular compliance audits at the MVRA, DLTC and VTS and submit reports
• Manage the TAS9 reconciliation process of the stations to ensure compliance
• Manage logistics of the division
• Facilitate meetings with Finance department and managers
• Manage financial and human resources functions of the division
• Establish cooperative partnerships with multi-sectorial role players.
