• Frogfoot is looking for a Social Media & Content Coordinator to join the Marketing team.

Purpose of the Role

• This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating engaging digital stories and bringing brands to life online. We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media & Content Coordinator to join our Marketing team.
• In this role, you will plan, create, schedule, and monitor content across our digital platforms, helping us drive brand awareness, boost customer engagement, and support key business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute social media content calendars across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create compelling visual and written content aligned with our brand voice.
• Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and competitor activity.
• Community management of social pages.
• Collaborate with designers, digital agencies, and other departments to support campaigns.
• Track and report on performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth, conversions), and monthly reporting.
• Facilitate and monitor social competitions.
• Assist with blog content, email marketing, and newsletters.
• Support event coverage, activations, and promotions across digital channels.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all content touchpoints.

What You’ll Need to Know

• Strong knowledge of platform algorithms and analytics tools.
• Added benefit to have knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.
• Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills.
• Video editing skills (basic or intermediate level).
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Knowledge of paid social media campaigns is advantageous.

Skills That Will Help You Succeed

• Minimum 2 – 3 years’ experience in social media and content creation.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
