Social Media Manager at Samsung Electronics

The opportunity exists for a Junior or mid-level Social Media manager to assist the Digital Marketing manager in managing the Always on function of all our social media platforms (including LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat)

Requirements:

• 1+ years’ experience in digital marketing specifically social media management
• Tertiary qualification in Marketing/Communications/Brand Management or relevant
• Technical and practical knowledge of social media and social media management tools (Sprinklr would be beneficial)
• Advanced writing skills
• Experience in agency co-ordination
• Office suite
• Graphic design an advantage

Duties & Responsibilities

• Work with agency to create social media content plans (Always on) to increase brand awareness and loyalty on all social media platforms based on alignment with Digital Marketing Manager
• Reporting on campaigns and competitor activity
• Idea generation
• Assist Digital Marketing Manager in assessing and improving agency content planning
• Assist with preparation and delivery of top-quality briefs and proposals
• Maintain an active knowledge of industry and digital marketing trends
• Expert in the main social media tools and channels with a cutting-edge interest in new trends and releases
