There is a wider marketing team based in the London office, and your role will be focused on the brand that focuses on Africa & the Middle East.
Your key job responsibilities:
Daily monitoring and community management across various platforms
Building and maintaining content calendars, ensuring posts align with social media best practices
Responding to social media queries and comments in line with brand tone and guidelines
Scheduling and posting content accurately and timely
Analyzing, reviewing, and contributing to the delivery of social media reports
Developing creative and engaging content
Copywriting for various platforms
Actively participating in social media event coverage, both during and after work hours in line with regulations
Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to engage our followers at a deeper level
Reading and understanding content strategy documents, giving input where you feel you can add value
Contributing fresh and original ideas to elevate our brand
Collaborating with the head office marketing team
Actively participating in the design and creation of visual content

Requirements:
Relevant qualification and recently graduated
Passionate and extroverted personality with an infectious energy
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.) and current trends
Experience with tools such as Meta, Hootsuite, and Canva
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Creative mindset with a keen eye for design
Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting
