About the Role

As a Software Engineer I, you will be part of our platform team to deliver our products in our software development lifecycle. You will have the opportunity to learn industry standard Content Management Systems (CMS), hosting infrastructure, and gain experience working with popular web development languages frameworks and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating cross-functional teams, including product and marketing communities to develop and maintain our web platform sites
• Assisting in the tools designing and implementation to improve performance and sustainability of our infrastructure and sites
• Troubleshooting defects and issues with timely response and resolution to meet targeted service level agreements
• Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Learning new applications and platforms to provide effective and efficient support
• Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices

Requirements

• Demonstrate experience in Software Development and software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
• Demonstrate understanding of JavaScript, React, CSS, and HTML for development and defect triage and resolution
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Able to learn new technologies quickly, good problem-solving and communication skills
• Show familiarity in web development tools and libraries
• Experience with version control systems such as Git, knowledge with content management system(s) and working with Magento platform
