Purpose.

• JustSolve is looking for a Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. You need to be passionate about solutioning and your craft as an engineer. In this role, you will be engaged in complex and interesting problems with the opportunity to be exposed to varied and interesting technology stacks.

Required Experience.
The successful candidate should have the following experience:

•  At least 5 years’ experience as a Software Engineer.
•  Experience in Microsoft Azure
•  Azure SQL
•  Logic Apps
•  Function Apps
•  Azure Service Bus
•  CosmosDB
•  SignalR
•  App Services
•  DevOps
•  Event bus architecture e.g. Azure Service Bus or NServiceBus
•  MSSQL
•  Micro Services
•  Angular
•  ORM technologies (EF preferred)
•  SOLID principles, Dependency Injection and Inversion of Control required, specifically
•  .net Naked Objects (would be a bonus)
•  Willingness to learn and a good attitude.
•  Transparency and ability to establish trust and supportive relationships.
•  Ability to arrange, estimate and prioritize tasks.
•  Ability to work in a team.
•  Follow direction from and assist the tech-lead.
•  Mentor less experienced team members.
•  Comfortable dealing with clients directly.
•  Comfortable in an Agile environment and experience in Agile methods.
•  Eager to continually learn and stay up to date with the latest skills and trends.

Essential Skills and Knowledge.

•  Extensive experience with AWS or Azure cloud.
•  JavaScript, .NET framework and C#.
•  Object oriented programming
•  Data structures and data structure modelling.
•  Creating high-level, low-level design documentation using UML.
•  Experience in Agile Software Development.
•  Experience with Git as source control and should understand the concepts around pull requests, branches, repositories.
•  Experience with REST API / Web API creation, consumption.
•  Fluent English - spoken and written.
•  Fluent Afrikaans – spoken and written.

Requirements.

•  A relevant bachelor’s degree (BSc CS, BIT, BEng IT, BCom INF, etc) or another technical related certification (preferential).
•  Fulltime (08:00 – 17:00) with flexi time.
•  Fully remote / work from anywhere – client visits are project dependent.
•  Own transport (if applicable).
•  Own laptop (bring your own device).
