Software Tester at IO Digital Pty Ltd

We’re looking for experienced testers with a passion for beautiful code, quality software, and a keen eye for pixel-perfect designs for our clients, products, and startups across Africa and Europe.

What you will do?

• You will apply all or some of these testing types across our projects, depending on each individual project's requirements:
• Alpha Testing | Beta Testing | Accessibility Testing | Back-end Testing |
• Browser Compatibility Testing | End-to-End Testing | Functional Testing
• GUI Testing | Regression Testing | Usability Testing
• You will own, define, and continuously improve the testing process and workflow with our ScrumMasters, Project Managers, Engineering teams, UX and UI designers.
• You will document test results on our preferred platform
• You will provide guidance for improvements to products and systems
• You will escalate important failed tests to your ScrumMaster or Head of Development

• You have 2+ years of experience with most or all of the above testing types
• A software testing qualification may serve in your favour
• You understand R&D and the principles around it

• Although the position is in-house, we fully support flexible and remote work conditions

• We predominately work on Mac, however, we supply another option when there is a specific preference
