Solutions Analyst at IndSAfri

About the Role:

• We are seeking an experienced Solutions Analyst with a strong background in MuleSoft, JD Integration, solution design, and Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in designing, analysing, and optimizing enterprise solutions. This role bridges business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring robust and scalable integrations across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Design and document end-to-end integration solutions using MuleSoft and JD Integration.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement Salesforce and other enterprise applications.
• Develop and maintain integration strategies, ensuring seamless data flow across systems.
• Work closely with stakeholders, architects, and developers to drive solution delivery.
• Ensure solutions adhere to best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues to maintain system efficiency.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements for system architecture.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Solutions Analyst, Integration Specialist, or similar role.
• Strong expertise in MuleSoft API-led connectivity and JD Integration.
• Experience designing solutions within Salesforce ecosystems.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, SOAP, JSON, and XML for system integrations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, data modelling, and cloud-based solutions.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Certifications in MuleSoft, Salesforce, or Integration Architecture are a plus.
