Solutions Delivery Manager (Domain Owner) at Paracon

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Solutions Delivery Managment;
• Understanding the business objectives and priorities of the Fund Operations business area;
• Prioritising requirements for the domain that are aligned to the business objectives;
• New product development, working with stakeholders to ensure systems impacts and requirements are identified;
• Actively engaging the business on testing new business processes before they need to be done in production;
• Identifying opportunities or areas of improvement not only in the system but also giving input into process improvements;
• Line management of the BA’s in the team and their delivery;
• Ensuring the correct skills are in place in the domain to meet the business needs; and,
• Ensuring the domain strives to achieve the highest standards of quality, productivity and continuous improvement of their systems.

To apply, you need to have a Degree in Computer Science or similar coupled with at least 6 years’ experience as a Senior Business Analyst / Solutions Delivery Manager) or an equivalent senior role.

It's vital that you have solid experience in managing an IT team and driving team delivery. Strong leadership skills are key for this role!

You need to be knowledgeable of asset management and IT industry changes, practices and software offerings as well as have an understanding of Fund Operations business and systems.

You also need to understand the risks associated with system change and IT governance and have knowledge of how technology can improve or change business performance.
