Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and exceptional Interactive Delivery lead to work with our crossfunctional team and join our world-class community of talented experts.

Job Requirement

• Solution the delivery of projects across Interactive project (Marketing, Commerce, Content and Experience).
• Activate the solution by mobilizing the project teams and kick off the project.
• Own and manage the client expectations, risk and associated mitigating actions.
• Be responsible for the project finances and ensuring a profitable outcome.
• Managed multiple teams across multiple locations.
• Run and successfully delivery the project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
• At least 8+ years of experience in running and delivering Interactive projects.
• At least 4+ years of experience with Agile / SAFe methodologies in delivery projects.
• Comfortable with working under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Ability to manage stakeholders at C-Suite.
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Demonstrated leadership in professional setting.
• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
• Proven delivery on one or more of the following platforms: Adobe Marketing cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Pardot, Hybris, Marketo, Magento, CMS platforms like Drupal and AEM, or Hubspot Additional good to have
• Fair understanding of enterprise architecture.
• Some experience in your career as a developer or platform administrator
