CANDIDATE ATTORNEY / SPECIAL CLASS ESTATE AGENT

1.      Law Firm seeks to appoint a Candidate Attorney with a particular interests in qualifying as an attorney and conveyancer.

2.      An active Estate Agent with a law degree wishing to qualify as an attorney and conveyancer whilst continuing to sell properties, earning a fixed salary and commission would be an excellent candidate.

3.      To register as a Candidate Attorney with the Legal Practice Council and Special Class Estate Agent with Estate Agency Affairs Board.

4.      Functions and duties to include:

i.                    Working as Personal Assistant to Conveyancing Secretary, to deal with all aspects of property transfers, bond registrations and cancellations.

ii.                  Required to travel to Deeds Office, lodging agents, collection and delivery of clearances, guarantees and Deeds.

iii.                Marketing and sale of properties under the Fidelity Fund certificate of Principal.

iv.                Active marketing and sale of properties, including the use of Property 24 portal.

v.                  Taking offers to purchase and presenting to Sellers.

vi.                May include rental management.

5.      Fixed salary, allowances and commission to be negotiated.

6.      Must have own transport and drivers license.

7.      Principal seeks to make appointment of Candidate by 1 August 2021.
