    Special Events Manager

    Job Description    

    • We are currently seeking to recruit a Special Events Manager based in Phoenix.

    As Special Events Manager you will report to the Regional Sales Execution Manager.

    KEY PURPOSE

    To develop and implement an experiential events strategy that will enhance the relevance of our brands and resonance of the executions in line with brand positioning.
    Key Duties & Responsibilities    

    •  Execution of brand experiential campaigns in regions with the right consumers
    •  Current consumer understanding of consumer trends to keep brands relevant in the manner in which they engage with consumers
    •  Defining a planning and the execution process
    •  Spend effectiveness and influencing of the right people in the right way
    •  Defining annual plans and synchronising the implementation of the plans for the regions
    •  Managing regional experiential managers and reps to ensure right focus and quality of execution standards
    •  Stakeholder engagement that adds value to the brand GMs, regional GMs
    •  Tapping into networks
    •  In touch with the trends within the various geographies in the market
    •  Evaluation of the execution and learnings
    •  Competitor understanding and defining the tactical response/plan to play (getting ahead)
    •  Transform ee to relevance to the consumers and (coolness, vibrant space)
    •  Identifying opportunities within the trade for brands to leverage
    •  Defining the experiential events strategy
    •  Monitoring and evaluation of executions (working with insights)
    •  Budget management
    •  Leading experiential events teams

    Skills, Experience & Education    

    •  A relevant commercial marketing degree
    •  At least 5-7 years within eventing and experiential marketing space
    •  Highly networked and considered a socialite (high in demand)
    •  Ability to travel often
