    Job Description
    What You’ll Do:

    • Accelerate Delivery: Improve service efficiency and sprint velocity to bring ideas to life—faster.

    Responsibilities

    • Design highly intuitive user interfaces and user experience for software applications and products, ensuring usability and visual appeal.
    • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts to both internal and external stakeholders.
    • Conduct in-depth user research, including interviews and usability testing, to provide insights based on the agreed design principles.
    • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure that designs align with project goals.
    • Participate in design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and collaborate with team members to solve design challenges and ensure alignment with project goals.
    • Collaborate with the team to estimate and prioritize user stories, ensure that work is completed within sprint timelines, and adapt to changing requirements.
    • Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to evaluate the effectiveness of design solutions.
    • Incorporate and analyse the feedback received from users and stakeholders and convert them into design iterations to enhance the functionality and user satisfaction.
    • Maintain and contribute to design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
    • Stay abreast with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to apply innovative solutions to design challenges.
    • Actively participate in agile development practices such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
    • Facilitate design workshops and design sprints with stakeholders to align on project goals and generate ideas.
    • Document design processes, decisions, and user feedback for future reference and improvements.
    • Design user interface and user experience that meet customer needs, adds value, and aligns with business goals, which in turn drives the success of the organization and its products or services.
    • Provide guidance and support to junior designers by providing actionable feedback, career advice, and help with overall professional development.

    Qualifications
    Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
    • Relevant industry certifications e.g., Certified UX Designer

    Experience:

    • 5+ years of relevant working experience
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a demonstrated ability to deliver effective design solutions
    • Expertise in creating and implementing user-centric design solutions
    • Experience in working on design projects in a professional environment and collaborating with crossfunctional teams
    • Additional coursework or training in UX design methodologies or tools is a plus

    Skills :

    • Proficiency in User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design
    • Proficient in using design software (e.g.: Figma and other tools)
    • Basic knowledge of responsive design principles and accessibility standards 
    • Familiarity with user research and usability testing methods
