    Key Responsibilities

    • This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth flow of financial and stock-related processes.

    Invoicing & Financial Administration

    • Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and timeously
    • Capture invoices on Pastel with a high level of precision
    • Maintain proper financial records and supporting documentation
    • Follow up professionally with clients regarding outstanding invoices

    Stock Control

    • Assist with maintaining accurate stock records
    • Ensure invoicing corresponds correctly with stock movements

    Systems & Reporting
