We are seeking a licensed Speech Therapist to join our team and provide quality speech therapy services to patients in a school setting. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a diverse population of patients and be knowledgeable in various therapeutic techniques to improve speech, language, learning barriers.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech and language
Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results
Provide evidence-based therapy interventions to address speech and language deficits
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care for patients
Document and maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment outcomes
Educate patients and their families on strategies to improve academic performance
Stay current with advancements in the field of speech therapy and implement best practices in patient care
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Current state license to practice as a Speech Therapist
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
Experience working with pediatric and adult populations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in conducting evaluations and developing treatment plans
